The bag looks okay overall, but for what it costs, I was expecting a bit more. The zippers feel kind of cheap and the material is average. Shipping was fine and there were no issues there, but if you’re considering it, I’d say maybe compare a few other options first. Personally, I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Pretty solid backpack"
I’ve been using this backpack for a bit and it feels really sturdy. The zippers glide smoothly, which is nice because I hate when they catch on everything. The material feels better than I expected too, kind of like... yeah, just really nice quality overall

i’ve been using my mark ryden backpack for a few weeks now, and it’s been really comfortable day to day. it sits nicely on my back, and the straps don’t dig in even when i’m carrying my laptop, charger, and a few extra things around.
the weight feels balanced too, so it’s not pulling weirdly on one shoulder. the back padding is soft, which makes my commute a lot less annoying

I’ve been using my Mark Ryden backpack pretty much every day for work and the occasional short trip, and it’s held up better than I expected. The stitching is still intact, the zippers haven’t gotten stuck, and the material still looks clean without peeling or wearing down too much.
I’m not exactly gentle with my bags either, it gets tossed in the car, shoved under desks, and carried around a lot. So far, it still looks good and feels dependable. I’d say it’s worth considering if you want something durable without spending a ton.

"Zippers are surprisingly good"
I picked up a Mark Ryden backpack a few weeks back, and I wasn’t really expecting to care about the zippers, but actually, they’re probably the thing I notice most. They open and close really smoothly, even around the corners, and they haven’t snagged on the fabric so far.
I’ve been using it every day for work, and it still feels solid and clean. I was going to say it’s a small detail, but good zippers make the whole bag feel better, so yeah, happy with it.

"Fine overall, but the packaging felt lacking"
The bag showed up okay, and thankfully nothing was broken or dirty. The weird part is, the box was kind of crushed and there really wasn’t much padding inside, so it didn’t feel like it was packed with much care. For the price, I expected the packaging to be a little nicer. Not awful, just average

"Not quite as sturdy as I expected"
The bag looked nice when I first got it, but the material feels a lot thinner than I thought it would. It started getting scuffed up quickly too. For the price, I was expecting something a bit tougher and more durable. It’s not a terrible bag, but I’m a little disappointed.

I was disappointed when the bag arrived. The photos made it look different, so I thought I was getting something a lot nicer than what showed up. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the charging port actually worked really well on my trip. My phone stayed charged the whole time, and I didn’t have any issues plugging in or keeping it powered up. Definitely did what I needed it to do...

I had to reach out twice before I got a clear answer about my order, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, they were polite and did help me out in the end, but the waiting around was annoying. Not a bad experience overall — I just wish the responses were quicker.

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
My backpack showed up in about a week, which was quicker than I thought it’d be. The tracking updated normally, so that was nice. The box was a little beat up when it got here, but the bag itself was totally fine. the only annoying part was that it arrived at a bad time when I wasn’t really home much, so that’s more on the timing than the shipping. Overall, good experience...

"Heads up: not ideal for quick trips"
Just a warning if you're planning to use this for a short trip, it’s kind of a pain to pack. I thought it would be more convenient, but it ended up feeling more frustrating than helpful for a quick getaway

"Refund took about forever"
Returning the item was kind of a hassle, and I had to send maybe 4 or 5 emails before anything really moved. The refund did finally show up after a couple of weeks, but it took way longer than I expected.

I really wish I’d known the shipping was going to take this long. The delivery showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just left guessing. Kind of regret ordering when I needed it by a certain date.

I’ve been using this on packed trains, and it feels a lot safer than the regular backpack I used to carry. The zippers stay tucked away really well, so I’m not constantly worrying about my laptop when people are standing shoulder to shoulder around me.

At first glance, it looks good, but after using it a bit I noticed the same pattern every day: my laptop and charger barely fit, and then there’s basically no room left for anything else. If you only carry the basics, it might be fine, but for daily stuff it feels too small

"From worried to genuinely relieved by the straps"
I wasn’t sure at first because shoulder straps can make or break a bag for me, but these ended up being my favorite part. They’re thick and padded without feeling stiff or bulky, and even with my laptop and charger inside, they don’t dig into my shoulders. I walk to work most days, so I was kind of nervous after dealing with my old bag that used to leave me sore and annoyed. But this one sits really comfortably, and after a few weeks, the padding still feels just as good. Relieved, and really happy with it.

"Nice pockets, but I’m a little confused"
I like the extra compartments because they do help keep things organized, but I’m kind of confused about the laptop section. It feels tighter than I expected, so getting my laptop in and out isn’t as easy as I thought it would be.

"Nice laptop protection, zipper has its moments"
I picked up this Mark Ryden backpack mostly for hauling my laptop to work, the padding is better than I expected for a bag that doesn’t exactly scream premium. My 15-inch laptop fits snugly and doesn’t slide around, so no scratches or little bumps so far, which is really what I cared about most. The zipper is the only thing that bugs me a bit, it can feel stiff and not as smooth as it should be. Still, it does the job well enough and I’m happy with it overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Super light and easy to take anywhere"
I didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate how light this is until I started carrying it around. It’s easy to grab and go, doesn’t feel annoying or bulky, and the best part is I’m not ending the day with back pain like I usually do. Just really simple and comfortable to use.
